Due to high demand and limited materials related to Covid supply disruptions the lead-time for kit racking will vary considerably. You can expect a minimum of 5 weeks for this product to ship and could be longer based off the size of your order, material, stain, and finish selected. If your need for this product is urgent please contact a design consultant to review what products you are looking to order and what delivery date you are needing so they can work with the production team to confirm if we can meet your specific time line. We are aware that there are customers who need to receive their products on or before specific dates so we do offer a free upgrade option to our quick ship program.
How do you use the quick ship program? First, you'll need to select the quick ship option during checkout for your order. Next, we will be requiring you to explain the timeline/s you are under for the order in the special instructions field on the checkout page. We will review your order during normal business hours and contact you to review your needs. Note than inn certain locations, your delivery date may require expedited shipping charges even if we ship your order out with the quick ship program. That means there might be additional charges which the client needs to shoulder. Rest assured, nonetheless, that we go through all the options with our customers upon contacting them. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your quick ship order after reviewing your needs you will be able to cancel your order for a full refund.
Free Shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states in the United States and APO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, island locations such as Martha's Vineyard that require a ferry to reach, and international shipments will most likely be subject to additional shipping. International shipment will most likely also incur duties and taxes.
There are a variety of shipping methods that Wine Cellar Innovations makes available for you to ensure the timely and damage-free delivery of your product. We utilize several different shipping carriers depending on your order size and where we are shipping your order to. Some of the carriers we choose to use are as follows, but not limited : Fed Ex, UPS, Roadway Express, Overnite Transportation, Dawes Transportation, ABF, Team Worldwide, & Yellow. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you from our facility advising you of the carrier as well as the tracking information, allowing you to plan properly for your delivery.

Maximum Protection of Your Order
Our custom cellars are boxed in corrugated with corner protectors, then stacked and shrink wrapped onto skids. The skids contain plywood aprons around the perimeter as shown to minimize damage from fork lifts while being moved around shipping terminals and on/off the trucks. Most of our custom cellar orders ship via common carrier.
Means we ship via a 53' foot semi-trailer that will arrive at your residence and the driver will open the back of the truck and step aside for the assigned party on your end to unload it. If this basic delivery service does not work for you, there are other delivery options listed below that you can choose from. The cost will vary, of course, with every delivery option.
Means that the client will be contacted when their product is completed. The client will have to arrange with their design consultant the date that they will be arriving for pick up. The usual pick up date and times are Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Please be advised that the afternoon pickup may be at the same time as large carriers are being loaded and delays in loading your product may occur. We will need to be notified if the product will be loaded on a skid.
Third party shipping
Means the customer has their own shipping company and is going to arrange for delivery of the product to their final destination at their expense. In this option, Wine Cellar Innovations requires a Bill of Lading to be properly completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up date of the product. Product will be loaded on skids and customer will be charged a skid fee by Wine Cellar Innovationss for each skid required to package your order. The client will then be notified when their product is ready for pick up. For this option, the pick up date and times are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
Inside Delivery and lift gate service
Means that the carrier will remove the product off of their truck and deliver it into your garage or the first room that is past the threshold of your residence or place of business. Lift gate service is required for them to take the product off the truck due to the length and weight of our product.
Needs to be marked if you live in one as there are only a limited number of specialty carriers who are willing to make deliveries to these communities due to the extra work involved in clearing a time for delivery and getting the clearance with security.
This would be required if a 53' long semi trailer will not be able to make a delivery to park in front of your home or in your driveway at the time of delivery.
Two man delivery service
If the product to be delivered is in excess of 70 lbs per box or if you have requested delivery of your product inside your home to a location other than the first room pass the threshold of your residence or place of business, Wine Cellar Innovations needs to first verify that the previously mentioned conditions exist before allowing the client this delivery option.
Turn Key Quote
We require a Turn Key quote if delivery is to be made to the following residences:
- High rise
- Any residential area where trucking companies must use an elevator
- If the customer wants delivery past the threshold inside the residence.
- If the drop off location is not directly off of the driveway or if the driveway is inaccessible.
