Vintage View Brings Racking Elegance To Another Level

April 22nd, 2019

A “hoppy” Monday to all of you wine cellar fans out there! For sure, you guys had lots of fun during the Easter weekend. And we’re also pretty sure there has been plenty of cork-popping along the way. So let’s keep that good mood going with a motivating blog post. Today, we’re shining the spotlight on our metal wine racks – our Vintage View racks, to be exact:

Vintage View metal racking units

Look at this gorgeous wine storage that was created for one of our clients. It features a wall-mount racking arrangement that covers almost the entire wall space. This was made possible with the Vintage View units. Vintage View is one of the first metal wine racking products that was launched by WCI. It quickly become popular because of it’s space-efficiency and easy to navigate, label-forward system. As you can see from the image above, the labels of the wine bottles are clearly visible. This makes it convenient to organize them and locate the bottles you want to pop open. For those with sizeable collections, this is certainly an advantage. Naturally, this is also a desirable racking method for commercial establishments like wine stores, bars, and restaurants.

One of the most prominent features of this series is that it be easily mounted into the wall surface or in the alternative, displayed floor to ceiling. Yes, that’s right! You can actually utilize the racks in two different ways. If you want to go for the second option, you will need to purchase a Floor to Ceiling Frame separately. This will allow you to showcase your bottles in a floor to ceiling configuration. The bottles will then take on a “floating” appearance which is super attractive. You can check out samples of this kind of layout in our photo galleries. The floor to ceiling displays work extremely well with glass-enclosed wine cellars. It definitely brings racking elegance to another level! Take note that our Vintage View metal wine racks come available in four different finishes. Added to that, they also come in single deep, double deep, and triple deep storage options. The racks are designed to hold standard sized wine bottles when mounted 7.5 inches apart. But by tweaking and mounting at 5.5 inches apart, the racks can also accommodate split-sized bottles. ^_^
