Technical Tuesday Episode #425: Versatility At Its Finest With Vintner

April 2nd, 2019

Warm Tech Tuesday greetings, wine cellar buddies! Yup, Spring has indeed sprung and all’s right with the world – especially with wine lovers. This is arguably the best time of the year to indulge in those wine tasting parties. It’s also a great time to get started on wine cellar projects, just what our client did here. We were excited to see photos of the completed set-up and the finished product certainly didn’t disappoint. Here is wine racking versatility at its finest:

Project #311905
Wood/Series: Vintner/Premium Redwood
Bottle Capacity: 667

Clean, professional-looking racking

For a residential wine cellar, this one boasts of a pretty generous bottle capacity. The entire arrangement can host up to 667 wine bottles, including larger-format ones. Even at just a glance, you can tell from the photos that there is a very good variety in the racking styles. Naturally, this is the work of the ever popular Vintner Series. Vintner leads the pack in WCI’s wine rack kits when it comes to racking designs. Whether it’s individual or bulk bottle storage, this wine rack kit can provide a ton of creative opportunities. Here we can see the clever combination of Individual Bottle Storage units, Open Diamond Bins, Solid Diamond Cubes, and Open Vertical Displays.

Our happy client!

Now this is one shot that we give the two thumbs-up for! A 100% satisfied client is always our main goal. Obviously, the client is very much pleased with the way his wine cellar turned out. Racking versatility aside, there are also a few gems that really tied everything in this project together. Check out that beautiful curved archway with tabletop. Also, notice how the racking units flow in a seamless manner throughout the entire room. This is all thanks to the stylish molding packages available with the Vintner kits. The crown and base moldings help remove awkward gaps between the racks and the flooring and ceiling. And that’s not all! Vintner also offers Center Seam Trim which was also utilized in this project. That’s why you won’t see any unsightly gaps between the different racking configurations as well.

Beautiful and seamless assembly

Last but certainly not the least, our wide selection of wood, stain and finish options is mostly available with the Vintner line. With this particular wine cellar, the client went with Premium Redwood in Dark Walnut stain. These extensive options enable clients to realize their wine cellar goals without being pressured into going custom all the way. *Cheers*
