Reclaimed wood components from wine barrels give your custom wine cellar the feel of being right in the heart of wine country. With this custom hand-finished product, each piece is, in itself, a unique work of art, with no two planks exactly alike.
COOPERAGE is the outside portion of a wine barrelhead. Each of the sections has distinct markings from each barrel, which is identified for its original contents. Typically there are 2 "Cooperage" stamps per every 3 feet of product.
INFUSION is the inside pieces of wine barrel material. These beautiful aged barrels have a very unique patina of the wine it held, which is infused permanently into the wood. The tabletops have a dark burgundy color because of that wine. They are literally stained by wine. The Infusion pieces do not have the "cooperage" stamps on them.

Connecting the Vintage Wine Barrel Tabletops
With the Vintage Wine Barrel tabletops, we manufacture separated planks which are 23" long. They make what they call "fingers" that stick out at the joint at approximately 3-6". These two sections will just slip/slide together with the lace seam. You will find that the planks will fit just like pieces of a puzzle. We have standard sizes but can also customize to your needs.
