We ship from Cincinnati, Ohio and our factory ships out Monday - Thursday.
Peak shipping starts 10/5/20 and ends 1/17/21. This is the average FedEx estimated time, but based on volume it might take 1-2 days longer than shown.
Disclaimer: Posted lead-times are the best estimate we have at the moment for lead-times on our product. However, due to all the safety precautions we have in place, which include sending anyone home who might have been in contact with someone with Covid19, those lead-times are only an estimate. Actual lead-time might be longer as we need to put the safety and welfare of our employees at the forefront of our responsibilities.
KIT AND CDR LEAD-TIMES are based off retail values of $5,000 or less and PCA values of $3,000 or less. If your order exceeds those amounts then you will need to request a lead time for your order.
All-Heart and Premium Redwood:
The current lead-time shown for this material is based on our best estimate with material availability. However, due to delays at both the lumber yard and with scarcity of flatbed trucks available to deliver the lumber to our production facility that estimated ship date could change by several weeks from projected lead-time.
Rustic Pine and Grand Mahogany:
These materials are not having the same delivery issues as Redwood. We will meet the posted lead-time or ship sooner. If your order is time sensitive these two material selections would be your best options at this point in time.

Kit Lead Times
Due to high demand and limited materials related to Covid supply disruptions the lead-time for kit racking will vary considerably. You can expect a minimum of 5 weeks for this product to ship and could be longer based off the size of your order, material, stain, and finish selected. If your need for this product is urgent please contact a design consultant to review what products you are looking to order and what delivery date you are needing so they can work with the production team to confirm if we can meet your specific time line.
To take advantage of the quick ship program please select the quick ship option during checkout for your order and then please explain the timeline you are under for the order in the special instructions field on the checkout page. We will review your order during normal business hours and contact you to review your needs. In certain locations your delivery date may require expedited shipping charges even if we ship your order out with the quick ship program, which might be an additional charge you would need to authorize. All of the options will be reviewed with you when we contact you. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your quick ship order after reviewing your needs you will be able to cancel your order for a full refund.
Commercial Display Racking

You can expect a minimum of 7 weeks for this product to ship and could be longer based off the size of your order, material, stain, and finish selected. If your need for this product is urgent please contact a design consultant to review what products you are looking to order and what delivery date you are needing so they can work with the production team to confirm if we can meet your specific time line.
For those customers who have a tight deadline to receive their order we do offer a free upgrade to our quick ship program. Depending on the material, stain, quantity, and items selected we can ship your order in as little as 1 day from date of receipt for no additional charge!
