project #267695
We absolutely love how this under stairwell transformation turned out! The cubes were neatly stacked in storage styles to accommodate both individual and bulk bottles. The finishing touch is the glass-enclosed panels.

project #310355 - Heber City, UT
This project features one of our newest stain offerings: Graywash Stain. You can see how happy the client was with the completed project. The Graywash stain added a clean, smooth finish to the racks and gives them a more modern vibe.

"Everything is working great. the shipping worked out ok, and while the boxes were sometimes beat up, the contents were intact. Assembly was pretty easy too. You were very responsive in resending the correct material quickly when I had some problems. That was very helpful."

project #299725 - Park City, UT
Our WineMaker Series really set the bar high with this project. The racking arrangement flowed seamlessly, with the individual bottle racks, curved corners and wood case bottles. Notice that this is a corner room, but the space has been utilized fully. WineMaker's newest add-ons, the display trays, showcase those bottles very nicely.

project #297486
This wine cellar is super spacious and has a lot of things going for it. We utilized the Vintner Series racking units, all in unstained Premium Redwood. You can see how professional the racking assembly looks like. The addition of the center seam trim contributed a lot to this by hiding awkward gaps between the racks.

Important Questions to Ask Before Creating Your Utah Wine Room
How do I keep my wine cool?
Proper cooling of racks requires the right type of wine cellar cooling system. But we recommend building one in the coolest and most humid place in your home. A
passive wine cellar requires less maintenance since it is not difficult to maintain ideal wine storage conditions within.
What type of stains do you use on the wine racks?
WCI uses only water-based stains and finishes on our racks and other wine cellar products. We
don't use VOCs on wine racks because we are doing our part to keep the environment clean and green. Water-based stains have limited to almost zero VOCs. Plus, they are odor-free and clean up is a breeze.
Do I need to be an expert to assemble wine racks?
There are 3 best ways to assemble wine racks. The first is the traditional method using hammer and nails. This requires great expertise with construction work. The next one is by using screws. This can still be a bit tedious since you have to pre-drill the holes. The third method is by using a nail gun. This is the most recommended method since even complete beginners can assemble wine racks with the use of a nail gun.
What size should my wine cellar be?
You can build wine cellar of any size, depending on a number of factors. Naturally, you have to consider the available space in your home, as well as how big your collection is. You should also consider how fast your collection is growing. A
1,000 bottle wine cellar is a pretty good size if you have a decent, gradually growing collection.
