We can design a room or area for you with either our modular wine rack kits, or our custom products. We can design by budget, bottle capacity, or any other criteria.

Warranty

Limited One Year Warranty Wine Cellar Innovations warrants the LED ribbon lighting to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for one (1) year from the initial ship date. LED Ribbon Lights are rated for approximately 50,000 hours of run time. WCI will guarantee these lights function for one year from the date of installation. Characteristics Excluded From These Warranties The following are not defects in workmanship or material and are not covered by this written warranty: 1). LED’s are subjected to voltage or current, either forward or reverse, beyond the manufacturers published specifications. 2). Pressure breaks. 3). Extreme heat or cold. 4). Exposure to liquid, chemicals, or solder damage. 5.) LED Kelvin (K) variations. Kelvin ratings (K) measure the color temperature of light. The LEDs are assigned a color Kelvin range of 4000K +/- 500K, all of which are considered within the "warm white" color range. We cannot guarantee the LEDs for a cellar are all going to have the exact same number of Kelvins because most LEDs have a Kelvin variance of +/- 500K. Limitations and Exclusions This warranty sets forth Wine Cellar Innovations maximum liability for its products. This warranty does not cover products that are not Wine Cellar Innovations LED’s, Acts of God, and products subjected to conditions outside their design limitations. Should a LED system fail to conform to this Limited Warranty, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, either repair the LED’s, ship a replacement set of LED’s to the distributor or person making the warranty claim in the same condition of fitting or finishing as the LED was originally sold by Wine Cellar Innovations to the distributor or person, or refund the original purchase price paid to Wine Cellar Innovations for the LED’s. In no event shall Wine Cellar Innovations pay for the cost of labor, installation or finishing of the replacement or original LED’s or for any other cost relating to the replacement of the LED’s. All visible defects or mistakes in shipment must be reported to Wine Cellar Innovations by the end user before the product is installed, otherwise the product shall be deemed correct and/or acceptable.

Shipping

The average lead time is 1 week for Standard Warm White ribbons and accessories and 3-6 weeks for Custom colors, non-standard add-ons like controllers, etc. If you are also ordering wine racking, we will attempt to ship out your lighting with your wine racking shipment.

Finishes

Policies

Cellar “Lighting” includes IC Can Ceiling lights, Halogen Recessed lights, LED lights and Fluorescent Slimlites. Missing Parts Upon receipt of your lighting you will have up to 3 weeks to review the shipment and inventory all of the parts. If you note any missing parts you can contact your design consultant and request a free replacement. If you contact us after 3 weeks, but before the end of the 4 weeks from delivery of your lights, you will be charged 15% of the cost of that replacement part. If you contact us after 4 weeks, but before 6 weeks you will be charged 25% of the cost of that replacement part. Any requests after 6 weeks and you will be charged the full amount for the replacement item. Dysfunctional Lights If, upon installation of the lights, they are not working properly, you must check all connections, polarities, and outlets, prior to requesting a replacement. If the issue is with LED lights, then you must exhaust all suggestions on the LED Installation Trouble Shooting Guide, prior to requesting a replacement. You can contact your design consultant and request a free replacement. Return Policy Upon receipt of your lighting you will have 6 weeks to review the shipment and inventory all of the parts. If you note any missing parts you can contact your design consultant and request a free replacement. If you contact us after 6 weeks you will be charged 50% of the cost of that replacement part. Any requests submitted after 12 weeks you will be charged the full amount for the replacement item. If you need to return your lighting for any reason other than missing on dysfunctional parts, you may do so within 30 days upon receipt of the order. You can return the lights and corresponding parts, in a like new condition, for a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges out, plus the return shipping charges. The products must be returned in the original shipping container they were sent out in. Any damaged parts that are not caused due to shipping damages will be deducted from your refund as well, whether the damage was caused by you or the person installing the lighting on your behalf. If there is shipping damage due to insufficient packaging that was provided by you, that amount will be deducted as well. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all parts intact. You must call your design consultant and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your unit.
