Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its wine racking to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for five (5) years from the initial ship date.  If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.  Any mechanical components utilized in the wine cellar, such as hinges or magnetic catches will have a one (1) year warranty. 

This warranty sets forth Wine Cellar Innovations maximum liability for its products and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. This warranty does not cover products that are not Wine Cellar Innovations racking, Acts of God, and products subjected to conditions outside their design limitations.

To qualify for this optional warranty the product must be installed by a certified factory installer. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge. Any mechanical components utilized in the wine cellar, such as hinges or magnetic catches will have a one (1) year warranty.
