Materials | Our standard wine cellar doors and sidelights are constructed of clear all heart, vertical grain redwood with plain or etched double paned glass units. |
| Standard door | Net door- 32” x 80”, Rough opening- 34 7/8” x 83”. | |
| Door Jamb | Pre-hung with jamb width of your specification. The standard jamb width is 4 9/16”. There will be an up charge for jambs 5 ¼” or larger. Jambs cannot be less than 3 3/4”. | |
| Door Thickness | 2” Thick door. | |
| Threshold | Threshold, door sweep and insulation stripping provided. | |
| Door Swing | Door is hung per customer requirements. | |
| Door Locksets | Pre-drilled holes for handles or locking mechanisms are not provided with the exception of hinges. |

| Insulation | R-5 insulation value. | |
| Door Specs | Doors can be built to any specification with the etching customized to fit your taste. | |
| Glass Unit | Etched double paned glass units consist of (2) 3/16” thick tempered panes with a 3/16” air gap for a 9/16” total thickness. |

| Etched Glass | All etchings are sandblasted. We offer 4 standard etching designs. Each piece is a custom creation and may vary from the original. Choose from our collection of images or provide us with your own artwork such as family initials, family crests and vineyard scenes. | |
| Painted Glass | The inner glass pane can be painted per customer specifications with artwork provided. If a door or sidelight has painted areas, it will be triple paned with the painted piece of glass having paint on both sides, insulated between 2 plain pieces of glass. | |
| Stain & wood options | Stains and woods are available with or without lacquer to match your wine cellar. For a complete list of finish options, please refer to our interactive-wood-swatch-viewer. | |

| Requirements to receive quote | ||
| Either the rough opening of your space or the net door dimensions are required if the space is in the framing stage. Jamb width will also be required. Jamb width is simply the thickness of the wall the door will be hung in. | ||

| Lead Times | ||
| Standard doors ship 4 weeks from return of sign off. | ||
| Doors with racking and all non-standard doors have a lead time of 6 weeks. | ||
| Please add: | ||
| 1 week if the door needs stain. | ||
| 1 week if the door needs lacquer. | ||
| 1 week if the door is being made from a special wood. | ||
| 1 week if the door has a wrought iron grille. | ||
| 3 weeks if the door includes painted glass. | ||
Wrought Iron gate lead time is 4-6 weeks. |

Standard 32 x 80 doors that include sidelights will have a 6 week lead time. |

Charges for expediting doors |
||
| 1 week sooner than above stated lead time would be 10% | ||
| 2 weeks sooner would be 20% | ||
| 3 weeks sooner would be 35% | ||
| 4 weeks sooner would be 50% | ||

Wrought Iron Grilles |
Each piece is hand forged and then powder coated with your choice of a matte black or bronze textured finish. The grilles are attached to our all-heart redwood doors and sidelights in our factory. Clear glass is the standard for all doors and sidelights with a grille. |

Wrought Iron Gates
|
Wrought iron gates come ready to hang. The gates can be arched or squared. Two latch designs are available for you to choose from. The cost of the latch is included in the price. The standard gate size is 36" x 72" but custom sizes are available. You can choose from our unique collection or have a custom piece created to represent your personal style. Our art department can create a sketch according to your specifications. The average lead-time for wrought iron is 4 to 6 weeks. Each piece is a hand made creation and may vary slightly from the original shown on this page. |
