Commercial Display Rack Guarantee

Wine Cellar Innovations warrants its products to be free from defects due to workmanship under normal use and service for the first five years from the date the order ships from the factory. If the product is defective due to workmanship or materials, Wine Cellar Innovations will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of Wine Cellar Innovations with respect to its racking systems and is in lieu of all other warranties, including a warranty of merchantability, expressed or implied. Wine Cellar Innovations will not be responsible for any consequential damages of any nature.

Commercial Product Price Match Policy

Wine Cellar Innovations would like to assure you, our valued customer, that we have the best pricing in the market for our commercial product lines. However, from time-to-time a competitor might offer a lower price to what they claim is a similar commercial product. Consequently we offer the following price match guarantee for our commercial products.

Conditions of our Commercial Product Price Match Policy

All competitive products information must be available to view online, via a catalog, or a copy of the written design and proposal from the competitive company.
Only products made of similar construction techniques and materials will be considered.
Final price match must include shipping cost and sales tax (if applicable).
Wine Cellar Innovations reserves the right to match the terms and conditions of the company being matched.
Wine Cellar Innovations guarantees to beat all competitors’ products of similar design and construction by 5% of any written offer on their company letterhead or invoicing that is provided.
