The Sonoma by Winekeeper is a handcrafted, built to order commercial wine preservation system that is offered in an array of wood types and stain options. The front door is hinged and an optional locking device is also available. The refrigerated wine storage cabinet hosts a manual defrost refrigerator. This Winekeeper system can be configured to store several different red vs white storage options with any capacity larger than a 4 bottle. Multiple options are available, see all configurable options to the right.

| Temperature range for white wine is 42 to 48F, for red wine the range is 58 to 64F (2x2 bottle), 42 to 72F (4, 6, 8 bottle).
The required minimum vented air space is 1" each side, 3" behind and 12" above unit. Configurable options will be offered to you at checkout, and include:
