| The Monterey by Winekeeper is a commercial wine preservation system in a sleek contemporary design. The edges are squared and it is designed to be clad in a variety of plastic laminates, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, or brass. Wood models are also available, but the wine preservation cabinet will have a black top. The Winekeeper Monterey has sliding front doors for easy access to the wine bottles. The refrigerated wine storage cabinet hosts a manual defrost refrigerator., This Winekeeper system can be configured to store a few options and combination of reds and whites. Please see other configurable options to the right.

| Temperature range for white wine is 42 to 48F, for red wine the range is 58 to 64F (2x2 bottle), 42 to 72F (4, 6, 8 bottle).
The required minimum vented air space is 1" each side, 3" behind and 12" above unit.
