The Magnum by Winekeeper is the most elaborate, versatile, and extensive commercial wine preservation system that we offer. It is designed to be clad in a variety of plastic laminates, anodized aluminum, stainless steel, or brass. It is also available in most hardwoods and stain options. See through and custom designed Magnum Winekeeper's and finishes are available, please request for a quote. Front venting for flush rear wall-mounting is also available, please also inquire for a quote. The Magnum Winekeeper utilizes a Breezaire wine cooling unit to refrigerate the wine within its cabinet. This Winekeeper system can be configured to store several different red vs white storage options, with a special movable divider to separate the temperature control. This wine preservation cabinet also has an external digital temperature read out, so you can rest assured of the wine's temperature is being maintained at just a glance. | Temperature range for white wine is 42 to 48F, for red wine the range is 58 to 64F (2x2 bottle), 42 to 72F (4, 6, 8 bottle).
The required minimum vented air space is 1" each side, 3" behind and 12" above unit. Configurable options will be offered to you at checkout, and include:
