Custom Commercial Metal Wine Racks
For those who prefer the look of metal racking, we offer a customizable series of metal wine racks that can be utilized for either dry or cold storage. The standard finish for this series is aluminum, but custom options are available.These commercial metal wine racks are particularly well-suited to food service applications, as they offer an unparalleled combination of accessibility, safety, and space efficiency for the storage, use and protection of valuable wines. For sanitation requirements, the units are furnished without a shelf in the bottom position to allow the required clearance, and plastic feet are supplied to protect flooring from wear-through.
Features
Our custom commercial wine racks are strong, accessible, space-efficient aluminum racks with a sharp, clean look. Each system is custom manufactured to order for easy integration into any wine cellar or storage room. We can design and build a wine storage system to fit your requirements. The only tools necessary for assembly & installation are a #2 Phillips screwdriver & a straight screwdriver; Power tools may be used. All our wine storage systems offer easily accessible, horizontal aluminum channel shelves that cradle each bottle on both sides. Shelves are available for 375 ml half-bottles, 750 ml full bottles, 1.5 L magnums, etc., as well as for wooden boxes. Magnum shelves are recommended for larger bottles of champagne and sparkling wines. Available in single, double, and triple bottle depths, each of these metal commercial wine racks keeps wine visible and easily accessible.

These metal commercial grade wine racks are built to order and may be manufactured in a broad range of sizes and capacities. We prefer to communicate with each customer to assure that your needs are properly met. We do offer size charts for some of the more common measurements for 750 ml and 1.5 L racks, single and double deep (See Specs Tab). Additionally, we can combine several different bottle sizes (and boxes) in a single rack, providing maximum storage in minimum space. Layout drawings are generated per the customer's information to develop the optimum rack configuration.
Specs
Racks must be attached to a supporting structure with the furnished stainless steel saddle brackets & screws, or other appropriate fasteners. The most popular metal wine racking configuration is 2D X 6W X 20H racks for 750 ml. bottles. However, our first question is,"What is your wine program; how many wines, what size bottles to fit in what space?" From that we go to a layout drawing, and then to the hardware that you require. Shipping
| Wine racks are typically shipped in two packages, one package (kraft tube) for the uprights and one package for the shelves (including assembly and mounting hardware). Shipment is normally by UPS or FedEx ground. |

Each wine rack is made from attractive mill-finished aluminum. Powder coating options are available in the colors of Mocha, Gold, or Black
